September 1986 Computer Entertainer

It’s been a slow month for Nintendo news. Perhaps it’s the calm before the storm! Computer Entertainer has been covering Nintendo games and news since the beginning and this month they didn’t have too much new information. They did report on Konami becoming a third party licensee, which we already covered. Konami is expected to have Gradius, a side-scrolling spaceship shooting game, available in time for Christmas. It has sold over 1 million copies in Japan.
