A little over a week ago Nintendo announced that Star Fox Zero would be delayed, pushing it from November into first quarter 2016. So, it should really come as no shock to anyone that a game or two would have to fill the empty holiday spot left by Fox McCloud and gang. Sure enough, Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash for the Wii U has taken up the mantle and will hit U.S. store shelves on November 20.
Although it doesn’t carry the same blockbuster status of a traditional Mario game, past Mario Tennis games have sold relatively well, with many cracking the million-seller mark. This newest game will support 1 to 4 players and is being developed by Camelot.
