Target has released its 2019 Black Friday ad and of course there are all sorts of markdowns across the board. As expected the Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite won’t be receiving any sort of price break. However, the $299 Switch will come with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (a $60 value) so that’s not a bad deal if it’s a game you want (and you should).
Perhaps seeing their lowest prices ever advertised, Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Mario Tennis Aces are each going to be $29.99 ($30 off regular price). The first two are must-have games for any Switch player. The last one is OK for multiplayer gaming and for the price it’s probably worth picking up for any tennis fan. Also worth pointing out is that Killer Queen Black is only going to be $15. At the same price point will be the excellent Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and Overcooked 2, as well as Crash Team Racing, and Crash Bandicoot Trilogy.
Even though we’re all about covering Nintendo on our site, we’re equal opportunity game players. Most of us own all of the consoles and play a huge variety of games, so it’s nice to show off the deals for the other systems as well. If you’ve yet to pick up a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One there are some sweet specials that will be available at Target. You’ll be able to snag a 1TB PS4 with The Last of Us Remastered, God of War, and Horizon: Zero Dawn for only $199.99.
The 1TB Xbox One X gets a $150 price cut to $349.99 and it comes with Gears of War 5 AND a $40 Target gift card! You can also snag a 1TB Xbox One S for only $199.99 and it comes with Star Wars Jedi Knight Fallen Order ($60 value) AND a $40 Target gift card – crazy good deal! I also wanted to point out that the red/blue and gray double pack Joy-Cons are going to be $20 off at $59.99 because these seem to so rarely go on sale.
